Case : Sam, 43-years-old, man has gotten an ulcer around his anus since he was 9 years old. he got embranced having such disease and he let it repture without being treated well and even drying up by it self. Since the case, he often got it back and dried up again despite of taking antibiotics 8 times already but it was not going well and more worse. Even the ulcer multiplied itself being 3 little ulcers with a chief around his anus.

Answer : The disease is big possibly right called Fistula. it is literallu Anorectal Fistula or fistula ani to be exact. Every patient has different indications and lamentations. Fistula sometimes gets relapse where the skin opened the wound meanwhile, the fiber in the inside didnt. it can be happened such as complex fistula ani cases found some pipelines.
