Men's normal breasts are very different from women's. For women, the breast grows in physiology and it is influenced by 3 factor's: First, its growth and involution related to the age second : it changes related to menstrual cycle. Third : its changes is because of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
In men, embryogenesis and the growth of breast are the same at the beginning. But the difference is the breast anatomically which aren't found "Asinus". Main duct and secondary branch without "lobulus" are built.
The breast grows in (Rudimeter). It means its growth stops at pre puberty phase, so it is not built like women have. Even thought men's breast are not really sensitive but it's influenced by hormonal.
Normally, the breast looks flat relatively same as the surface of the chest, the breast is bulging like women's, if one of breasts is bulging and looks more bigger than another one, so it should be suspected.
The abnormal lumps of men's breast are : gynecomastia, pseudogynecomastia, lipoma, and breast cancer.
Gynecomastia
Gynecomastia is an enlargement of men's breast's that occurs at one breast only one or both. It can occur neither at puberty phase and elderly phase.
Its cause is there is the influence of estrogen that much. it is because of destruction of estrogen disturbed, the function is androgens reduced.
A disease related to gynecomastia is liver cancer or cinhosis of the liver, testicular cancer, tumour of little kidney, hipogonadisme. there are some classes of drugs also which influence gunecomastia.
If we gets gynecomastia, it is supposed to find out more event thought it is almost 50% unknown cause.
This abnormality can be touched by hand such as solid fibber like 'button' around nipple and if it much worse so breast can be like women's.
Its treatment is based on its cause. If it cause can be found, so the breasts are given good treatment. If the lump around breasts is much worse. its treatment is by surgery.
Pseudogynecomastia : the abnormality of breast disease is a lump around breast caused by fat cumulation. This case doens'nt need any treatment, but it just needs to be observed and no having surgery.
