Men's Breast Cancer is very rare. Frequency less than 1% of all breast cancers, and less than 1,5 of all types of breast cancer in men. Ratio of breast cancer which attacks women and men is one per hundres. Even it occurs the most at old age.
Men's Breast Cancer occurs due to some risk factors: there were family members ever got breast cancer, ever conducted of radiation on chest in personal life, never get married, had testicle disease or live, ever got tumour around breast.
The spreading of men's beast cancer is much faster than women's because the fibbers of men's breast is not as thick as women's.
The indication's of getting breast cancer in men are; a lump grows near a breast which is hard in touch, sometimes nipple is pulled in breast and reddish liquid out.
To convince a lump on breast is a cancer or not, we need to check up to doctor and need to do USG or mammpgraphy (not always). And then, need to do the tumour biospy and checked histopathology / Anatomic pathology.
The medical treatment for men's breast cancer is same as women's which depends on the level breast cancers. It is usually by having surgery as modified radical mastectomy. therapy combination which is chemotherapy or radiotherapy depends on stage of the cancer and result of the histopathology and "immunohistokimia" in lab.
Besides, men's breast cancer can be caused a cancer cell which is not from the connective tissue around the breast approximately around sarcoma,"fibrosarkoma, liposarkoma, or other. For this case, the main action is to have surgery with or without radiation even chemotherapy.
